Emily Atack claims she was pressured for sex by an unnamed colleague: ‘I cried my eyes out all day’

The I’m A Celebrity star, who’s released her new memoir, recalled the experience which happened at a wrap party for a ‘project’ that she didn’t name.

Referring to the man as ‘Dave’, she wrote: ‘I was drunk. I wasn’t single. I was with someone at the time, so I had no intention of doing anything with anybody.’

The former Inbetweeners star said she was enjoying a night with friends when they ran out of alcohol.

One of them gave her the key to their room, saying she could find some more in a mini-fridge in there but, when she got into the room, it was empty.

‘And all of a sudden I turned around and Dave is standing there, in the room with his d**k out,’ she wrote. ‘I froze. I remember saying, drunkenly, “No”, but I didn’t have a clue what to do.’

Emily said she kissed the man out of desperation, adding: ‘He let me leave and the next day I cried my eyes out all day.’

She went on to say that she likes to think she’d ‘kick him in the balls’ if the same situation happened now but that instinct takes over in the moment.

Earlier this year, Emily Atack, who’s set to present I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp this year after the revamp, split from her film producer boyfriend Rob Jowers, after meeting him at Jack Whitehall’s 2019 Brits after-party.

A source told The Sun: ‘Emily and Rob were enjoying a honeymoon phase in their relationship with lots of fancy dates and extravagant weekends abroad.’

They continued: ‘But when the dust settled they realised it just wasn’t right. The split was mutual and they are both really sad about it and remain friends.

‘Emily’s enjoying one of the busiest times in her career so wants to give all she can to the exciting work opportunities coming her way.’
